Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your course enrollment. To ensure fairness to all students, we have implemented the following refund policy:

Face to face live courses

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the course start date: A 50% refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course start date: No refund will be issued

Online courses

• Cancellations made prior to access to the online learning materials are provided: 80% refund to cover administration charges.
• Cancellations made after access to the online learning materials are provided: No refund will be issued

Hybrid Courses (online + face to face)

• Cancellations made prior to access to the online learning materials are provided: 80% refund to cover administration charges.
• Cancellations made after access to the online learning materials is given and prior attendance to any live learning: 50% refund to cover the cost of the online course.
• Cancellations made after access to the online learning and attendance to the live workshops: No refund will be issued.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please submit a written request to [email protected] with your full name, course name, order number and brief explanation for your refund request. We will process your request within [3] business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [10] business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. Documentation may be required to support your refund request.
